CRPEG Bulletin: Unfair Labour Practice Complaint

PIPSC, on CRPEG’s behalf, filed an Unfair Labour Practice Complaint on May 20th with regard to the Employer’s email sent to CRPEG members 2015 May 12th. The employer will have until June 5th to respond, and CRPEG will have one week to rebut their response. The Canadian Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) will then decide if there is enough information to make a ruling, or if a hearing is required for additional information.

A copy of the complaint is found at this link.
