CRPEG Bulletin: Update on the Canada Industrial Relations Board Hearing On The Maintenance of Services Agreement

On Friday, PIPSC received the ruling of the Canada Industrial Relation Board (CIRB) on the issue of moly-99 production being an essential service.  The decision of the panel is that the production of moly-99 is no longer an essential service at CNL.  With that issue resolved, CRPEG and the employer will meet to reach agreement on the Maintenance of Services Agreement (MSA) within the next two weeks.

A copy of the ruling is found at this link.
